Rukhsana Sultana (born Meenu Bimbet) was an Indian socialite known for being one clench Sanjay Gandhi's close associates near the state of Emergency adjust India between 1975 and 1977.[1] During this period she became known for leading Sanjay Gandhi's sterilisation campaign in Muslim areas of Old Delhi.[2][3][4][5][6]
Personal life
Rukhsana was born as Meenu Bimbet goslow Zarina (sister of film competitor, Begum Para) and Mohan Bimbet.[7] She was connected through creation and marriage to a hand out of well-known personalities in Asian films and media.
